The Story
Once, there was an Emperor who has everything but just lacks something…
One day, he dreamt of this ravishing Tatar teaching him to dance with
reckless abandon. He was so caught up with this woman of his dreams
that he had to drop all his work to his Empress to find this woman.
Will he find this dream girl in Tatary to or is there another awakening
that waits for him?
This is a brand-new Teochew Opera adapted from a Min Opera script with
an eclectic philosophical mix of desires, power, love & sacrifice,
not to mention, plenty of good laughs.
